Police Seek Driver in Hit-And-Run that Seriously Injured Man

A man is in the hospital with serious injuries following ahit-and-run accident in Midtown on Friday night.

According to Tucson police, the driver of a pickup truck hita car, which then struck a man near the intersection of Speedway and Columbus.Police are still trying to locate the truck driver. The vehicle was describedas a primer gray 1976 Chevy with a loud muffler. The truck has an Arizona licenseplate of 233-XST.

Police say the driver is a white man in his 40’s. He is sixfeet tall with a shaved head and goatee.
