A 36 year-old man has taken a plea deal that came as a result of an accident that led to the death of a young teenager. The man was responsible for the death of a 15 year-old in Scottsdale after a car crash.
The man who caused the accident could face as much as 14 years in prison from the charges of manslaughter and aggravated assault.
The man was driving his truck when he lost control of the vehicle. After losing control of the vehicle, the man struck a car with 4 passengers in it. The 15 year old passenger died from his injury at the scene of the accident.
